I don’t know what is wrong with my computer.
We have years of experience at making accurate diagnostics. We will let you know exactly what the situation is, and what your options are. Travel, and diagnostic charge is at the very competitive price of 65$ and includes 30 minutes of service.

Can I bring you my computer?
We only offer in-home or in-office service. It is possible for us to pickup your computer and bring it back after it is repaired. Extra fees may apply.

What terms of payment do you offer business customers?
First visit, immediate payment. Starting on the second visit, we offer 30 days net to pay your balance. We offer a discount of 2% if paid in full in 10 days or less.
